SEM4 -- Prof. Practice I

Professional Practice, also known as PP, consists of 1 individual assignment, 1 midterm test, and 1 final exam. 

Many things have been taught through this subject, everything that a fully equipped Quantity Surveyor should know to take precautions of. As a sum, we have been taught to know the tendering, procurement, contract arrangement, tendering methods, variation orders, prime cost and provisional sum, delays and extension of time and damages. 

As for my assignment, I am required to complete at least three thousand worth of words appraising to my client on which procurement, tendering method and contract arrangements to be used to his best advantage. 

With the help of my university's library, I was considered lucky to be able to borrow a book for best referencing, and to utilise taylor's portal to access to the academic journals. 

I have learned that library is actually my favourite source of information due to the fully equipped of reliable information published. I have regretted not to borrow books from the library earlier, if only I did, I would have able to borrow more than a book for best referencing.
