TASK


One assignment assigned to each group of 5 members. Our task is to produce a video based on 'Teamwork'. We have several meetings held in the library throughout the process. Brainstorming session was very useful. Every team member manage to approach various reading materials to acquire teamwork information. Taylor's Online Library system is very efficient for us. We were able to search for related books, journals and articles to lay out a report and a video was generated. 





MY THOUGHTS
Upon completion of this group assignment, we have learned several values among ourselves. Teamwork is one value we had to learn. Besides, we had to research on teamwork due to the topic assigned for our assignment. We had held several meetings to discuss and assigned tasks to each members. While distributing the work to each respective group members, we have too applied teamwork value. We listen and speak equally. Our group members have develop, follow and enforce on our team's constitution. We understood the responsibility of all team members and to comply with them for the sake of the team. All members have worked together to share ideas, giving opinions and suggestions. We encourage one another to contribute ideas, interesting thoughts and expressing themselves.It may have been difficult to comply during the first meeting however we have developed team collaboration among ourselves after several meetings held. Group members were making more effort to reach decisions that every one of us is able to support and feel committed to. We also have learned cooperation in dealing with conflict. Rather than turning a disagreement into an argument, we have viewed conflict as an opportunity to completely discuss about our differences and unintentionally discovered new data. We believe that strength lies in differences and not similarity.
